I mistakenly impregnated My Elder Sister Said a Man

A man who is about 25 years old told a Nigerian court that the pregnancy he gave to his elder sister was out of mistake. This was what a man called Shamsu Isa told magistrate court located in Kano state of Nigeria.

It is clear that some people can no longer differentiate between abomination and what is real. Where were the emotions that lead the man to commit such offence came from. Truly, the world is fast decaying.  

According to police report, the accused said: “The allegation levelled against me is true". The police centre holding the man captive is Takalmawa Quarters.

The offence is against the Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. As it stands now, the man is going to dance the music that is going to be played to him by the court of Law.

 

Shamsu Isa who fingered the elder sister, Naima Isa, of 27 years, is said to have committed an offence contrary to section 390 of the Penal Code Law.

The prosecutor, Corporal Ibrahim Abdulrazak, pleaded for the case to be adjourned to another day, to enable the police carry out more investigations into the issue.
