Germany’s Lahm Ends for His National Side

The star footballer, Lahm, recently disclosed his interest to quite playing for his national team, Germany. He made this known through his agent who conveyed the message to German Football Federation (DFB). Philipp Lahm who plays in the club’s side, Bayern Munich, has good football experience where he plays as a defender.

In the just concluded World Cup in Brazil 2014, he led the country’s team successfully and helped the country win the Cup after many years. Based on research, the young man of thirty years netted five goals for the country for 113 appearances in the country’s football matches.

Philip Lahm who captained for the national team disclosed to his agent that he taught it is the right for him to quit from his national team. According to the defender, he stated that he already made decision that the 2014 World Cup would be the last time he will play for the country.
