It is clear to every good Nigerian
that political parties in the country cultivate the habit of buying the interest
of the masses with money. The aspiring ruling candidates do take steps into
many communities they want to rule and keep on distributing money and other
resources because they want to occupy certain positions either by crook or by
hook. This makes them to perform poorly when they find themselves in the
positions they were aspiring to be as many of them struggle recover the money
